Frequently Asked QuestionsHow much will it cost to send my order?Postage and Packaging for all U.K. orders is £1.50 with free delivery for orders over £20. All orders are sent first-class post. Delivery and postage for orders outside the U.K. mainland will be charged at cost. These costs may exceed those notified to you in your order confirmation. We reserve the right to charge for additional postage and delivery costs when charging your debit or credit card, although we will always notify you in advance by email of the extra charge. When will my order be sent?We aim to dispatch all orders within three days of payment clearance. Most are despatched within 24 hours. What is your Returns Policy?Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we will offer a full refund. We will refund goods within 14 days, not including postage.
